James O’Hara will lead this informative talk. O’Hara is responsible for Extended Data Solutions product strategy, business development and customer relationships. Prior to co-founding Extended Data Solutions, he was a founding member and President of 4SA, Inc., a CRM solutions provider to Fortune
1000 corporations, where he managed all strategic client relationships and implementations. He assumed the title of General Manager, Midwest after 4SA was acquired by Surebridge / Navisite.
He holds a BA from Northwestern University and began his career in consumer packaged
goods sales management for Procter & Gamble and the Clorox Company.
